LEGAL CONDITIONS

1 – INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS

The CUSTOMER can request information by phone, email or through social networks where "La Almunia de La Alpujarra" has created an official account. The information will be provided by the same channel. You will be informed of the availability, characteristics, price of offer and any other issue that the CUSTOMER requires.

Bookings will be made in writing and by email at: hola @ laalmuniadelaalpujarra.com. The CLIENT must indicate: Day of entry, day of departure, price that has been offered to him and his complete identification data. From "La Almunia de la Alpujarra" We will send you a confirmation message that the accommodation is available during the dates you have requested. To finalize the reservation the CLIENT must make the full payment of it, or a payment in advance in a term less than 24 hours since the CUSTOMER receives the confirmation of availability (see next item). If you have received your deposit, the ACCOMMODATION will contact the CLIENT to confirm that the reservation is in order and to specify all the details for the reception.

In the case of reservation requests received by TRAVEL AGENTS, the reserve shall, in all conditions, comply with the private agreements established and signed by both parties, always in accordance with the law and the habitual practice of reserves in the sector of the Rural tourism.

2 – RECEPTION. OPENING AND EXIT HOURS

Please notify us of your arrival time to be able to wait for you and to provide you with the keys to your apartment. You can contact us on the phone + 34 958 85 10 72 or in the mail hola@laalmuniadelaalpujarra.com at the time of your arrival you will be given a complete set of keys that includes: Key of the main entrance door and key of your apartment. The customer will be responsible at all times for this set of keys and must deliver it at the time of check out. The loss of this set of keys will be an extra charge of €25 that the establishment will charge on your card. 2.1 Check-in time although the reception has a limited hours of service, we accept arrivals at any time outside of this timetable. To do this you need to inform us beforehand of your arrival time. The entrance to the apartments will be from 16 hours of the first day contracted and the departure until 12 hours of the last day hired.

You can request an extension of this schedule, provided that the establishment has availability and it is possible to do so. In order to obtain this timetable extension, the CUSTOMER must communicate it expressly, in advance enough and in writing in the email when making the reservation. If it has not been communicated previously, the OWNER will charge 100% of one night.

As owners of the apartments, we are obliged to collect the identifying data of ALL the persons staying in the same, and to make the pertinent communication to the Guardia Civil. The obligatory data to be provided by ALL the persons staying in the apartments are: Full name and surname, DNI or passport, as well as the complete address, telephone number and e-mail of the person responsible for the reservation.

The CUSTOMER is advised to have the documentation on hand at the time of reception to expedite the delivery of keys and the enjoyment of the contracted accommodation.

3-PAYMENT

The rental reservation of the apartment will be confirmed when the CLIENT has made effective the total or partial payment of the total amount to be paid for the rent.

Once received the confirmation of payment by the CUSTOMER, this will receive our booking confirmation, in writing via e-mail. In the event that we have not received payment within 24 hours from our email confirmation of availability, the booking will be automatically cancelled without the need for prior notice to the CUSTOMER and the apartment is going Again to be free for your reservation by anyone.

The total amount of the stay can be paid in cash or with a card at the time of departure.

In the case of bookings and payments managed through the TRAVEL AGENCY, the CUSTOMER must deposit the BOND in cash before the delivery of keys. The amount of this bail is governed by the same general criterion set out in paragraph 1 of this item 3.

Exclusively in those cases of tourist products contracted by TRAVEL AGENCIES that include excursions for the CUSTOMERS, the OWNER may decide not to ask for BAIL. The decision not to ask for bail will be exclusively from the OWNER.

4-HOUSING CONSERVATION

The CUSTOMER receives the apartment in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order, and is obliged to take care of it, terraces with its furniture, barbeques and common areas, in a correct way. If the CUSTOMER observes any malfunction or anomaly, he/she must communicate it at the moment of its observation at the time of the delivery of keys.

THE CUSTOMER must leave and return the apartment in acceptable conditions of cleanliness and with all the furniture and furnishings the same state that were at the entrance thereof. It is expressly requested to keep the furniture, the books and the belongings in their original places.

At the end of your stay, the OWNER will check the property and equipment of the house, as well as its cleanliness and order, in the presence of the guests.

If the apartment suffers any damage by the CUSTOMER, the damage will be repaired or paid the amount of the repair by the CUSTOMER. In this case, the necessary part will be charged on the client's card to cover the expenses of repair or substitution of elements that allow to return the apartment to its original state.

5-RULES OF USE AND COEXISTENCE

The CLIENT agrees to act with the utmost civic, respecting the environment, calm, nature, cleanliness and the order of the House.

The CLIENT and all the persons lodged in the apartments are subject to the respect of the norms of coexistence that govern in the municipal district of Yegen-Alpujarra de la Sierra.

Other rules of use and coexistence are also established:

1 º respect, at all times, for the calm and the rest, as well as the coexistence with other people who could be staying in the other apartments as well as in the surroundings. For this reason, parties are not allowed.

2 º The CLIENT must be diligent and careful in the consumption of electricity, heating, water, firewood, as well as the security of the building and houses. In this sense, the CUSTOMER must make sure that the entrance door and the windows are closed, especially when leaving, as they would do in their own home.

3 º The CUSTOMER must respect the furniture and the facilities of the house. We like that all our guests, like you, find maximum comfort and cleanliness.

4. It is strictly forbidden to use any type of pyrotechnic material (firecrackers, flares, etc.).

5. In the face of evidence of VANDALism, NOISE, RIOT, FOUNDED COMPLAINTS OF NEIGHBORS or RECKLESS USE of apartments and their belongings, the owners reserve the right to terminate the lease at any time, owing tenants Leave the property immediately.

6 º The OWNER reserves the right not to accept or cancel stays that do not meet the rules of coexistence, at any time and without possibility of reimbursement.

7 º The OWNER is not responsible for the personal objects deposited in the house by the CLIENTS, as well as of the objects that they could have forgotten.

7-CHARACTERISTICS AND CAPACITY OF THE APARTMENTS

The accommodation consists of two buildings and has three floors and a patio with swimming pool, tables and loungers available to guests.

The surface of each plant is approximately 240 square meters, including the surface of common areas on each floor.

Apartment 1:

-Capacity: 2 seats + 1 sofa bed.

-Electricity: 4,400 Kw.

-Surface area: approximately 40 square meters.

-Location: Ground floor.

Apartment 2:

-Capacity: 2 seats + 1 sofa bed.

-Electricity: 4,400 Kw.

-Surface area: approximately 40 square meters.

-Location: First floor, with access by wide staircases.

Apartment 3:

-Capacity: 4 seats.

-Electricity: 4,400 Kw.

-Surface area: approximately 60 square meters.

-Location: Second floor, with access by wide staircases.

Apartment 4:

-Capacity: 5 seats

-Electricity: 4,400 Kw.

-Surface area: approximately 60 square meters.

-Location: Second floor, with access by wide staircases.

Apartment 5:

-Capacity: 4 seats

-Electricity: 4,400 Kw.

-Surface area: approximately 50 square meters.

-Location: First floor, with access by wide staircases.

Apartment 6:

-Capacity: 4 seats.

-Electricity: 4,400 Kw.

-Surface area: approximately 60 square meters.

-Location: First floor, with access by wide staircases.

Apartment 7:

-Capacity: 4 seats

-Electricity: 4,400 Kw.

-Surface area: approximately 50 square meters.

-Location: Ground floor, with access by wide staircases.

-Apartment adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Apartment 8:

-Capacity: 4 seats.

-Electricity: 4,400 Kw.

-Surface area: approximately 50 square meters.

-Location: First floor, with access by wide staircases.

Apartment 9:

-Capacity: 4 seats.

-Electricity: 4,400 Kw.

-Surface area: approximately 50 square meters.

-Location: First floor, with access by wide staircases.

All the apartments are within the same building, so that a single CUSTOMER can rent them all, totaling 37 seats plus 2 cots, which can only be occupied with the number of people indicated in the reserve (both adults and children). Under no circumstances can this figure be exceeded.

Children under 2 years old can stay for free as long as they are in cots. If you use a bed/sofa bed, you will have a supplement of €10 per child. We do not have extra beds.

Due to the current regulations, visits to non-registered persons, in the Rural house or in the garden, are not permitted.

In the event that the number of occupants of the rented house exceeds the number of those indicated in the contract and declared in the entry document and therefore of the registration cards that are made to the Guardia Civil , the OWNER reserves the right of admission and will make it known to the Guardia Civil, exempting from any incident that may occur in the accommodation, derived from an over occupancy.

Each apartment is equipped with facilities, spaces and furniture according to the capacity with which it has been rented. Any misuse of any of the apartments will not be entitled to any claim by the CUSTOMER. On the contrary, any damage caused by improper use of the CLIENT assumes the responsibility and will have to pay the total cost of the repair that is necessary.

8-OTHER SERVICES OF THE APARTMENTS

8.1 Chimney

The apartments 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9 have a fireplace. In the price is included the provision of a wood basket for use in the chimney without additional cost. If the CUSTOMER needed more firewood, can socilitarla to our staff, with an extra cost of 8 €/cesta, being able to pay the cash at the time of delivery.

The OWNER is offered to supply the firewood required under the CUSTOMER's previous request, who will report the price at the same time and the CUSTOMER will pay it at the time of delivery.

The use of the chimney for food cooking is strictly prohibited. In general, the chimney must be used with care and according to the manufacturer's specifications.

8.2 Barbecues

Use of barbecues available all year, although it is only possible to use them with charcoal, which will be on behalf of the customer.

8.3 Parking The property does not have a private parking, but it is easy and safe to park on the public thoroughfare very close to the main entrance door.

9-ADMISSION OF ANIMALS

No animal is allowed, according to criteria of cleanliness and preservation of furniture and belongings.

10-CLEANING The cleaning service of the apartments is carried out every 4 days (dust, baths, floors, change of towels and sheets) if you want to make an extra cleaning service, the price is €18.

11-RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Stays from Monday to Thursday: You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 7 days before arrival, without any charges. If you cancel or modify after that period, the establishment will charge on your card the first night. Weekend: You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival, without any charges from the property. If you cancel or modify after that period, the property will charge you on your card the first night. Bridges and Holidays: You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days before arrival, without any charge stake. If you cancel or modify after that period, the establishment will charge 100% of the stay in your card. No Show: The property will charge on your card 100% of the stay.
